THE AMAZING TEAM AT ELITE PHYSICAL THERAPY
At Elite Physical Therapy & Performance, our clinicians bring advanced expertise backed by a range of professional certifications to deliver the highest level of care. Our team includes specialists certified in dry needling, lymphedema management, blood flow restriction training, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). We are also certified joint replacement specialists and hold credentials in CPR, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) for auto and workers’ compensation cases, and Kinesio Taping. In addition, our therapists are certified in balance training, fall prevention and recovery, and ACL rehabilitation, ensuring comprehensive care across a wide spectrum of patient needs.
Michael Fowler, PT, DPT
Michael graduated from Wayne State University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. He also obtained his Bachelors of Kinesiology from Wayne State University in 2016. Michael is a part of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Michigan Physical Therapy Association (MPTA), and an APTA certified clinical instructor. He is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Specialist and has taken many continuing education courses in the field of orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, running mechanics, concussion management, spinal pathology, blood flow restriction training, and manual physical therapy. He is also a teaching assistant for the Physical Therapy program at Wayne State University and a high school basketball coach.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking trips, exercising, and being outside hiking, boating and snowboarding.
